1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and standards governing the use of the QuantML website, platform, applications, dashboards, APIs, and related services (the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Use.
2. Lawful Use Only
You may use QuantML solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Services:
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation
- To facilitate fraud, market manipulation, or unlawful trading practices
- In connection with any illegal financial activity
3. No Misrepresentation
You may not:
- Represent QuantML signals as guaranteed returns
- Present QuantML outputs as personalised financial advice
- Mislead others about the nature or accuracy of QuantML's services
- Use QuantML content to create or promote misleading financial products or schemes
4. Platform Integrity
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
- Circumvent authentication, rate-limiting, or other security controls
5. Data & Intellectual Property
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or extract platform data in bulk without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy QuantML's models, algorithms, or software
- Redistribute or resell QuantML outputs without authorization
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
6. Account Usage
- Your account is personal and non-transferable unless expressly agreed.
- You must not share your login credentials with third parties.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access
- Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory bodies
- Legal action to recover damages
QuantML reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
